One wedding policy

We want you to have a completely relaxed day, with none of the stress of last-minute setup, so the barn and grounds are fully dedicated to your wedding from the day before to the day after. For a Saturday wedding, that means you have all of Friday to setup and till midday Sunday to pack up.

The barn seats 120 people comfortably or 250 standing.

You can also hire our traditional oval marquee (30ft x 20ft) to set up in the courtyard creating additional space adjacent to the barn giving you shade on a hot day or shelter on a wet day or alternatively you could put it down by the lake or elsewhere in the garden to serve drinks.

We try to be as flexible as possible in helping you have the perfect day – you have a free choice of which caterer you wish to use or you are welcome to have friends or family do the catering for you.

Wedding prices

Our 2011 wedding rate is £3200. Our 2012 rate is £3500. Rates for other events on application. Our rates remain the same all year round. A £1000 deposit is required to secure your booking with the balance to be paid 60 days before the event.
